You can purchase your TrekBoard hoverboard by visiting our flagship store in the Promenade Mall Shopping Center, located in Toronto, Canada or by ordering directly on this website (visit our shop). If you are not satisfied with your TrekBoard, you have 14 days from the postmark date to request a full refund providing the product and all original contents are included with the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Any scratches, marks, damage etc. will void your eligibility for a refund. We do not replace for accidental damage. TrekBoard will only accept returns of unused and undamaged products that are returned in the original packaging.
TrekBoard wants to ensure its customers a very safe and secure payment experience. We accept credit card payments directly through our website, or by calling one of our customer service representatives at 1 (800) 697-1570.
TrekBoard accepts all product repairs in Canada. If your TrekBoard requires servicing, please contact us via email or call us at 1 (800) 697-1570. TrekBoard will absorb 50% of shipping costs for all repairs. If the TrekBoard repair does not qualify under warranty, it is the customers' responsibility to cover repair and shipping costs.
TrekBoard does ship Internationally however the recipient will have the responsibility of clearing customs in their respective country. All orders are shipped after confirmation of successful payment. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. Shipping times may vary depending on location, product availability and order volume. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided with the shipping details.
